Enjoy a magnificent chef’s table under the stars at the beautiful Quartermain Fair City Hotel in Morningside!

On Arrival:
Home cured olives with sun-dried tomatoes baguette

1st Course:
Seared Salmon, toasted cauliflower, pine nuts and basil creme

2nd course:
Risotto of lemon and organic chicken, new season olive oil and pangratto.

3rd Course:
Confit duck leg, orange and ginger sauce, panko potato

4th Course:
Grilled springbuck, smoked bone marrow, port and anise reduction.

5th Course:
Chocolate and rosemary ice cream, orange and mint salad

Dessert:
Chocolate friandes
Coffee and Tea
